This started happening today. When I start braking from a low speed 20-30mph, I can feel the peddle pulse like the ABS is kicking in. There are no warning lights on the dash, I can just feel it in the peddle. But, if I start slowing down from X-way speeds 55-70mph, it does not happen coming down the off ramp. Do I have a wheel sensor going bad or is it something else. Thanks for the help.

If you still have rear drum brakes look at that as the problem before suspecting the anti-lock. I don't know when dodge dumped the drums in favor of disc, but un-adjusted rear drums will put all the stopping requirements on the front discs. This get 'em hot and they warp. For some reason the rear adjusters just don't work. I changed the rear wheel cylinder out for a GM unit that is bigger diameter. It helps but I still have to adj. every 3 to 4 thousand miles. At 5k there is a noticible hop in the front end during braking.
