Water in cab - question

I know this seems like a simple question, but I wanted to get an opinion anyway. I lost the badge from the front of the grill at some point and ordered one thru the Local Dodge Dealer. When I ordered, I asked the parts guy how the badge was applied and he told me there would be a special two sided tape included with the badge, but come to find out there is nothing on the badge and nothing included to adhere it.

My question is what to use to glue the badge onto the chrome plated surface on the grill. I have my doubts about using Super Glue, even the Gel type. I have found in the past that RTV will stick about anything back together and make it nearly impossible to remove. Unless someone has a better idea, this is probably what I am going to do.. Ideas?

Thanks.. Gary

3-M double sided tape.its thin.think its made for that

I used a drop of clear RTV about the size of a BB in the very center. It’s enough to hold it on but not so much that it’s difficult to remove, although, I can’t imagine a reason you’d need to.
