Baja MTZ Radial 315 70 17 ??

Any input on these tries? Are they noisy, how do they wear? How are they for towing???

I've got 35 12. 5 15's on my jeep. There are a great mud tire and strong side wall when aired down for rock crawlin' . I couldn't imagine them being on my 04. 5 they would be noisy and would probably wear fast as they are soft. They sure would look sweet though!
