2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission ball joint play, how much?

I was going through my frontend this weekend and checked my ball joints out. The prybar under the tire check... and there wasn't any play whatsoever, BUT, if I put the prubar in the knuckle, under the axleshaft Ujoint, and pry up on the ujoint the knuckle slides up on the balljoints about a 1/16th of an inch. Is there supposed to be any play at all, or is this a sign of my joints wearing out again? They only have about 10K/14 months on them. Or is that little bit OK?
