Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Have 47,000 miles on 99 2500 4X4.
Steering has deteriorated and is loose/sloppy. I had steering box replaced (while under warranty ) and it still feels tight. Replaced track bar with DT (nice unit) about 5,000 miles ago. The trackbar really helped but now the upper ball joint (at steering arm) is loose and ocassionally makes a popping sound when turning at slow speeds.
Looking for suggestions for ball joint replacement. Also wondering about the steering column shaft. I have heard that Borgeson makes a nice unit but is pricey. Would do a search but search no worky.
