I found some cheap set of upper and lower ball joints all selling for 34. 99 by seller "best suspension" Has anyone had any success with these ball joints for a 2wd. They are calling them like OE Brand aftermarket replacements. Is it worth even messing putting these on?
You can go to Rockauto.com and get Moog parts and I think a 10% discount. I got all 4 ball joints from Rockauto for about $50 a piece. I am not real comfortable about getting things like auto parts off Ebay, just my . 02.
I got the complete front end rebuild kit from them. Compared to the moog parts they look pretty cheap. I almost didn't put them on. Will go with Moog when these wear out. You get what you pay for. Which ever you go with grease them often. My Moog parts wore out after 60,000. miles due to a bad wheel bearing vibration and lack of grease. Good luck
I couldn't decide between Moog and Spicer for my '98 2wd. I ended up putting in the Spicers for uppers & lowers and they looked to be very high quality. I've gone only 18,000 since installing them, so far tight like new.
