ball joints for an 01 Ram

Has the 2001's changed front axles from previous 2nd generation trucks? I think they are still using the Dana axles. If that is the case you use the offset upper ball joint bushing. Not an offset ball joint. The bushing should be the same as all previous 2nd generation trucks.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Has your warrenty already expired? I had all my ball joints replaced @ 3k miles. Apparently they weren't greased before being shipped.

If you're wanting something more heavy duty, I can understand. But the axle is a Dana 60, and is pretty stout. I beleive it is the same as the previous editions.

I need some help in finding ball joints for my 01 2500. The alignment shops says that they do not make a off set ball joint for our Rams yet (redisigned from the '00 trucks).

My alignment shop says the new ball joints will correct my pull to the right and the loose stearing. I asked them to align to the specification I found her on TDR.

D/C has redesigned the frount ends of the truck for the 01 year (to correct the famous pull to the right). Mine still has the right pull and when they D/C corrected the pull, now I have the famous wandering stearing.

I have taken my truck to an alignment shop (that has been around since 1950, here in Denver). They say to correct the pull and stearing, I will need an off-set ball joints to correct everything.

Frank. . please post your findings... I also have a "slight" pull to right and wanted to go to alignment shop to use those specs
