Ballpark Invoice prices on 2002 trucks...for those who have order??

I have dedided to take some of your guys advice and just order a 2002 truck and pay a little over invoice. I managed to find a dealer in Southern Md that will do this. But before I jump into it I was wondering what I am looking at for invoice pricing on the 2002 trucks...

4x4 SLT, 2500HD Diesel 5sp, tow pkg, hvy dty svc group, short bed, sliding rear window, CD player radio, AC, pwr window/drs, keyless entry.

I know there are many different configurations but these seem to be the norm. I am hearing there is a 2% increase, but no confirmations. A truck like this usually invoices approx $31K for a 2001 model.

I think thats not a bad deal there at all. Yes there is a 2% for the dealers plus, plus, plus... ... ... ... ... ... . They make alot more money even under invoice. I paid 32k for mine but I have auto and pwr seat. So I think thats not a bad deal for 31k. Offer 30k even see if they bite!
