Hi All, is it nessasary to replace the bajo bolt o-rings after cracking it open from time to time to bleed out the air after a fuel filter change???

I originally bought replacements but have never actually used them (they're still in their plastic bags). I have removed the o-rings on several occasions while bleeding fuel and setting up the fuel pressure gauge, but there has never been any signs of wear. Save your money unless a quick visual convinces you otherwise.

Spare Parts

If you have replacements you will always be able to reuse the originals :). You should be able to re-use the crush washers unless they were over torqued.

You sure said that right, Dave. Had I forgotten to buy the replacements, the originals would have surely broken in half!
