Banjo bolts?

Thie might be a dumb question , but can any tell me what the banjo bolts are and what they do? thanks

where the fuel lines terminate at the lift pump/fuel filter/injection pump , the bolts are called banjo... the thru bolt has a hole thru it, and the rounded ends feed fuel thru the hole into the system. . they restrict fuel on bombed rigs. .

Simply Put, they are hollow bolts that have holes near the head that allow liquid to travel through them. They are used primarily in the fuel system of our trucks.
