Banks Exhaust System for Powerstroke

My partner at work installed a Banks exhaust today on his 2002 Ford F-350 powerstroke diesel. The Banks system is top quality and fits like a glove. Every part was a nice and neat bolt on and the size of that exhaust, 4 inches, makes that diesel sound real sweet!! Tomorrow he installs the waste gate and the Ottomind for the trans. , makes us love going to work!!

The Banks exhaust systems are great, and sound pretty good too. IMO, the PSD system sounds better than on the Dodge. The muffler they use is pretty droney... Thats why I 'forgot' to put it in. The best part about the Banks stuff is that it is ALL stainless steel. Top quality and fits great. Worth every penny if you ask me.

No Drone from Banks Exhaust

There is no drone noise from the Banks exhaust system. Today we installed the Auto Trans module and the Big Head Waste Gate valve. All top quality stuff that fits right in as though it was factory parts. The toughest part was installing the "C" clip back onto the Waste Gate rod. Other than that, a piece of cake to install the system. Auto trans shifts great to boot!!!! Way to go Banks!!!

Worth every penny

The best part about the Banks system is simply that it fits and it works!!! There is no hooley-gooley bs, nothing has to be played with to make it fit, the quality is excellent and the results are not over estimated. I have been doing many mods to cars and trucks for many years and it is refreshing to see a company produce something that really does what they say it does!! Way to go Gale Banks!!!

The whole Chalupa

Completely installed the whole Banks system today, factory support is top quality, any questions we had about the install were immediately addressed by the factory support staff and they did an excellent job. This Powerstroke flies, what an improvement over the factory stock system. Gale Banks is the way to go, best system on the market bar none!!! Way to go Gale Banks!!!!



One more thing, this truck will pass the Opacity Test New York State will put this engine through for annual emissions testing. There is no over fueling of the engine what -so- ever. My partner and I are impressed!!!!
