Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I've got a 2004 (non-600)CTD with the Banks exhaust. The Banks exhaust replaced the down pipe from the turbo to the 4bolt flange pretty much in the stock location. This new pipe included the cast elbow that comes off the turbo. Therefore, my elbow is not longer in the equation.
I've looked at the Banks brake, but to the best of my knowledge it mounts at the 4bolt flange, ergo under the truck. I'd much rather use one that mounts behind the turbo so its out of harms way when I go hunting. Everyone seems to like the PacBrake, but in order to use it, I need a new down pipe without the elbow. Anybody know where or how to go about getting that pipe?
