Banks products lack of Technical support

If you purchase a Banks Product from one of there authorized distributors. Be aware the technical support from Banks is very limited or not available. I having been waiting a week to hear from them by e-mail or phone.

I confirmed this by reviewing my concerns of not getting support by all methods with the distributor I purchased my Banks kit from. The input from the distributor is the major compliant they here and receive from customers is lack of support from Banks products.



Just a heads up if considering a purchase. :-{}

Never ever buy banks products!

After waiting three weeks I have given up on ever hearing from Banks. I resolved my problem finding a wire not crimped correctly.

I started off with banks, about 4 years ago. The only thing that remains in my truck in the exhaust brake, without the controller. All the banks electronics failed, some of the parts are shody, the exhaust is nearly rotted (high grade stainless obviously). The exhaust brake I did my own tinkering with so that the throttle shuts it off and I have a manual switch I integrated into my shift knob. The customer service for me ended after one phone call, useless. #@$%!

On the plus side milling about on this site I have pretty much all the replacement items picked out.
