I already have the Banks RamAir system with a CFM+ intake and 4" MBRP exhaust. I'm also running the Banks Bullet tuner. Is it worth my money to add the scoop to the Banks RamAir?

Well, I have never used Banks products, and it seems as if many poeple on TDR do not feel they are worth the money, but in looking for info on what the Banks super scooper (not the super pooper scooper??), I did find this link-- Banks Ram Air and Super Scoop test report - Dodge Cummins Diesel Forum

reporting these positive test results.

Keep in mind that the test was designed AND performed by Banks, but nonetheless some of the air temp info is pretty impressive. However, I remain sceptical that you couldn't achieve close to the same results with the $15. 00 home made airbox mod that is described here on page 2 of this thread---

I have one on my '06. I did notice a big difference going to the intake, but not any real difference putting on the ram-air scoop. I would save my $150 if I had to do it over, but would highly recommend the intake alone. And by intake, I mean the filter/housing, not the intake horn. I have a cfm+.
