Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Banks Twin ram intake

Is the twin ram intake already tapped for a boost gauge, or does that have to be done manually?

y would you want to do that your head already is. its on the side in between the head and injection pump. cant remember if it is in front of or behind the boost sencing line for the afc.

i pulled a plug out of the side of the head and screwed the fitting in there on my 12v

where did you get the fitting?

came with the boost gauge, standard 1/8 compression fitting if i remember correctly, most hardware stores should have stuff that small (real hardware store not homedumbo) pipe thread fitting sizes always get me because a 1/8 is actually 1/4" and 1/4 is actually 1/2"..... id love the beat the hell out of whoever came up with that crap :-laf

There is a port in the oem intake manifold I woud imangine that Banks would put a port in their intake manifold.

The is no port on the Twin Ram itself for a boost gauge.



You could use one of the blind plugged holes on the intake plate if you want but its alot easier to just use the port on the head.
