1) It's not mine, I saw it and know some folks were looking for a used unit so I posted it.



2) These haven't been shown to provide any power increases.



3) They limit injector pump access to some degree.
 
He wants $300 for the starting bid... . :rolleyes:



IMHO: Its too much bread for something that doesn't even begin to address the real air distribution problem in the head... . especially the huge booger in the #1 intake runner.

remember, you can only flow as much air as the smallest point. So to open up the end (duel inlets to the motor) doesn't improve the flow that much. Your best bet is to run a non-cali manifold. California specail provides you with a smaller casting... (Aren't they so nice!!)
 
Cut to the chase....

Here's what I'd do if I had a shop to do all this in: (darn apartment living!!)



Hack off the 'intake manifold' cast into the head... .

Mill the head flat... .

Port the nice wide open runners... .

Drill/tap around each runner... .

Bolt on your custom TIG welded sheet metal intake manifold... .
