Does the banks twin ram use 2 grid heaters or just one?

The factory intake has 2 grid heaters stacked on top of eachother. With the Banks you seperate the factory grid heaters and place one in each intake plenum. One thing I noticed is harder cold starts with the grid heaters seperated in my twin ram.
