I have seen Brethen Fast a bunch, they are good-lotsa hot rod, gearhead tunes, plus even a couple diesel tunes!





Wonderin' if anyone else has any good local (to you) bands that they like.

I don't go to bars, but there is one around here that isn't too bad. The lead singer is a DJ for a local country station. Hear them when they areplaying out at the Truckers Jamboree in Walcott, Ia.

The Great Divide



They are really good friends of mine, and are actually a nationally known americana/ alt country band. . check them out! Well worth the time to listen to... Just thought I would put in my 2 cents for a good band!

The best honky tonk bar band I have ever seen was a band called Speedtrucker. They just broke up, and had their final "goodbye" shows last weekend. The drummer is a friend of mine, but he left to do bigger things, which is why they split up.



They played some great songs, mostly covers of classic songs, but in a modern way. Songs like "Girl on the Billboard", "All I do is Drive", "Only Hell my Momma Raised", and tons of others. Every song was great.
