Barometric Pressure Sensor after delete kit.

After installing the dpf delete kit about a year ago. I wrapped and tied all sensors off to the frame. Lately I noticed when I'm hauling and going over a bridge in cruise, when it downshifts to get over hill the Barometric Press Sensor code comes up and I have to pull over and reset it. Sometimes it does this 2-3 times during the trip. Is there anyway to stop the dtc code from happening?? Not sure if I should just cut sensor off completely. As usual, any advise would be great!!
