If I am correct, turning the barrels clockwise(from top) should lengthen the duration of fuel charge before the plunger aligns with the spill port. The barrels on my 160hp pump were rotated completely counterclockwise, so my question is this. How much can the barrels be rotated before you near a runaway condition? The pump will be sent to a shop to be balanced, but I am unsure if I can have this procedure done willngly by any shop near me. This pump also has a 2095 rack plug, and full rack travel.
