Is there an easy way to replace the battery terminals clamps without replacing the cables? Mine have seen better days and one of them can still be moved by hand after tightening it.

I used the Military style from Mcmaster Carr but you need to crimp terminals on all your wires. genosgarage.com sells ones I believe uses allen screws so no terminals required.

Easy, half way.
I used some military grad terminal clamps, that's easy.
But to use them I also needed to crimp ring cable lugs to the heavy gauge cables, that needed more equipment to be done.

I can now change the terminal clamps and all cables independently from each other if one failed.

If only loose after tightening, have you tried making the gap in the clamp bigger, assuming yours are lead?

Yea take the clamp off the battery and run a hacksaw blade in the gap all the way around that should allow you to get them tight.

As for the wire - using a small cut-off disc I cut a groove in each of the old terminal ends, spread the groove with a chisel, heated with a small torch then pulled the wire out of the old end. This actually left the wires "tinned" quite well. I connected wires with rings to the screws on the new ends and inserted those without into the provided holes and tightened the set screws. I used "Ox-Guard" (found at Home Depot electrical) in the new end holes, inserted wires and secured set screws to prevent future corrosion. These terminals are inexpensive and effective, they sort of dress things up a bit, allow for future accessory attachment and are easy to disconnect when changing/removing batteries, not to mention a heck of allot less expensive than replacing the whole wire with stock style terminal ends.
