The batteries in my CTD are starting to fail. Last night I picked up a set of group 65 batteries, when I got home I tried to install them, too big. All of the catalogs state that that is the replacement size for this truck. Found out today that it is suppose to be a group 27. I would like to install the bigger batteries. Is there a different battery tray that be used in these trucks? I see that some batteries come with an adapter that snaps onto the bottom of the battery to fit various trays. Is there an adapter for the group 65?
