2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Battery Voltage

Does anyone know what the voltage meter should read on full charged / healthy truck batteries when the Cummins ain't rattlin'?

I have a chart in an RV pub but it's talking of isolated batteries with no active drain and I'm too lazy to disconnect the batt's.

Could be wrong but 12. 8 - 13. 4 volts seems to ring a bell.

If you are checking the batteries "static charge", make sure to un-hook them from each other before checking each of them. On the truck batteries, I would not want to see much voltage difference between the two.
