They have a $99. 00 price on Model 34 Optima Red Tops. Just wondering if anyone has used them and what was the result?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure that's the place I bought mine from last year. They came in about 4-5 days, nicely packaged and ready to crank out of the box. No problems with them so far.

Shipping cost?

How much was shipping? No Costco around here but local auto parts store has them for $109 +7% sales tax. Was shipping more than $18 each?

Sorry, I don't remember exactly but I think I paid about $140 each with shipping.

Shipping for two batteries is $45. 00, no taxes. 2 x $99. 90= $199. 80 plus $45. 00 for shipping. Total cost to your door $244. 80

I think your alway better off buying locally even if it cost you a little more. I can buy these same batteries at Batteries plus locally for $273. 00 out the door. Even though I can save $28. 00 buying over the internet, I would spend the extra for the local service and it keeps the money in my community. I went out to buy two of these today, but Batteries Plus tested my OEM batteries and said they were in great shape. I will check them again this time next year when they are 4 years old. I understand that this is the best time of the year to look at replacing your batteries ( right after a hot summer that drains them and right before a cold winter that puts a strain on them).
