Battlezone Disappears from Chevy Site

Battlezone has disappeared from The Diesel Page forum.

They now call it Power and Performance.

Battlezone elicited too many word wars, name calling, profanity, mis-spellings of Duramax, etc.

Couple of times, some good old fashioned a$$ whuppins would've broke out if the right people had been in the same place at the same time!

We were just having some fun!

Some of those Chevy people have made fun of our Cummins equipped Dodges. Kind of reminds me of Jesse Jackson calling me a racist, when he's a much bigger racist than I'll ever be.

Looks like they didnt like having the Dodge guys and the Ford guys beating up on them. I read the Ford site, and there is equal respect between the Powerstroke and Cummins owners. A lot of Ford owners are Dodge fans that need a Crew Cab, and I am getting very close to this situation. However there appears to be no, or very little respect for the Duramax owners. (I wouldnt own a GM either) Those guys on the Chevy site are easier to bait than anyone I have ever seen. There brand loyalty to GM is like an addiction that is worse than the Dodge and Ford guys. I wonder what some of the Chevy guys are going to do now since a few seemed to only hang out in the Battlezone.

I have been looking for the right opening to post this story: One of my RV customers came by two weeks ago to ask if we would switch his hitch to his new truck. I told him we would be glad to do that. I asked if he were buying another Dodge/Cummins? He kinda hung his head and whispered "no". Then he explained while he was sick about giving up his Cummins, the need for a 4 dr. crew cab truck was greater than his love for his Cummins. HELLO OUT THERE IN DC LAND! Did it ever occur to you guys in DC corporate that in the midst of slow vehicle sales, if you had the 4dr ready and available, your dealers would have to call the police for crowd control! Earth to DC, earth to DC, come in DC, over... ... ... ... ... ...
