What I want to know is if I am hooking up a B azzoka amplified bass tube, where do I get my high end signal?can I get it from my rear speakers?all I need is a right and left side - and + signal. I have read that the rear speakers only recieve a mid range signal?is this true and does this mean that if I use this signal to supply my 10" tube that it will not be a getting a bass signal?

The rear speaker are a full range signal, meaning lows, mids, and highs.

You only want lows (bass) going to your 10" sub. If you mids and highs going to the sub you could damage it. Also it sounds like you do not have an amplifier. Is this correct? Without an amp, I wouldn't try to hook up the 10. You will get very little production out of it.

what I have is the "amplified" EL10A Bazooka tube with built in crossover. It will take the signal and only use the low signal for bass. What I was wanting to know is what you told me about the full range signal.

Sorry.

I apologize for not being familiar with the Bazooka line of products.

I was going to mention crossovers too, but it seems like you are all set.

Good luck.
