BC Timing Tool

Back in the Fall,93 TDR there was discussion of a supposedly very accurate tool for locating TDC. The tool was made by Mckenzie Tool Co. It was called BC Timing Tool. Has anyone used or purchased one of these. I have the Snap-On dial indicator for the pump, but that by no means guarantees the accuracy of the timing pin. What's the price? Is it difficult to use? Is it still available? Thanks, John.
