BD- Auxiliary Lift Pump Kit Question

Can i run my truck on BD's Auxiliary Pump? (This pump mounts to the frame) The pump on my truck is working, but I don't want to be on the road and have it go out. I have 144k on the current pump.

What we learned was if the stock lift pump fails it usually seizes up, and when that happens it restricts fuel flow and your stuck... . the only thing that the auxiliary pump did for us was lengthen the life of the stock lift pump... .

We now have the "in tank" lift pump kit... ... and have removed all our auxiliary pumps and have not had a failure on any of our trucks with the "in tank" pump...
