BD BOV on a 12v manual?

BD says it uses a micro-processor, but what do they use for input? obviously on later trucks you've got an AAPS/TPS to go off of, but on a manual 12v, you don't have one.



so how does it work?

i don't think the 12v manual trans ones get the microprocessor. just with microswitches [0% throttle & clutch disengaged] i believe

They use a micro switch to activate the bov. You can rewire your power to the micro switch for your exhaust brake. (if equipped)

so they charge the same price for microswitches as they do for a processor?



I can wire up micro-switches and solenoids myself
