Everything Handled?

I just checked the e-mail addresses on the "Contact Us" page, and they appear to be working correctly. I only tested the ones for the Editor, problems and webmaster. Do you recall, Hyde, which one you tried to use that was returned as undeliverable?
We've noted your suggestion regarding searches, and the data Kat gave you is correct. Once the dual processors are installed (approximately 10 - 12 days), we should be able to handle your requests. I reserve the right to change that if we bump into any unanticipated problems.
Looks like you're able to change your options, so I assume everything is working there; if not, I believe Ken is working on TDR updates today and will get it taken care of.
As Kat explained, our staff is smaller than some realize, so unfortuntely, delays are occassionally inevitable.
