YEE HAA, BD is hosting its semi-annual Dealer/Dyno Days on Oct 26 & 27, 2001. Located at the head office and manufacturing facilities in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.
On the 26th we will be providing information & training seminars for BD dealers, distributors, and installation center personel. This service is to enable our customers to get information about new products and technologies plus updated information about all our products straight from the factory, including performance specifications and installation procedures. It is also an information exchange so that BD can receive input directly from their customers thru the people who deal with the end user.
Then, on the 27th, BD opens their doors to the public and puts on a BBQ and some dyno testing, a show and shine competition, most HP competition, and maybe a couple of smoke shows
thrown in
This will be a great place to get some show special pricing and see some of the new technologies and products coming to the market like the PnP2 which includes a boost fooler, an optional on/off switch, AND now is PROGRAMMABLE with 12 options for custom tuning. Or the new digital X-Monitor which gives a digital readout of Trany Temp, Boost Pressure, and Pyro/Exhaust Temp.
PS: BD has taken steps to prevent the Dyno problem/failure that plagued us in the spring, we have a box of spares and a direct cell phone number to call DYNO TECHMAN should the need arise.
PPS: Bring your American and Canadian Flags so we can fly 'em high (I need a nice American Flag for myself, I'll trade a T-shirt and hat for one or pay for it if required, 3 ft or larger and I'll be happy
)
Sorry for the long post, but I'm getting excited. And PLEASE remember that the state of the world today is a little tense right now and those of you travelling from the US will have a little longer wait at the border. We will attempt to contact Canadian Border control and give them a heads up... see you at DYNO DAYS
