Hi Everyone,

I've been a member for about a year and have used the website for lots of information. Well I come to you for some different type of help. In August of 2001 I bought a brand new Dodge Diesel with an Auto trans. Shortly after I bought the truck I went to

PROGRESSIVE AUTO and DIESEL REPAIR in Denver. I had them install a Plug N Power module and a Pressure Loc, they are a

BD dealer. About 9 months later the Plug N Power statred to act up on a trip I unhooked it and everything was fine (less power).

I returned it to the BD dealer (Progressive) after I had done all the checks BD had wanted me to do (fuel pressure and Map sensor). This was in August of 2002, (I had the work done in Sept. 2001) so I was still under my 1 year warranty on the Plug N Power.

To this day still have'nt been able to get this resolved, I have called MANY times and paid them 3 visits and have heard every

excuse known to man. I have the Mastercard Recepit to verify the date and amount, Progressive has my bill they gave me, I was told they needed it to perform the warranty work. This whole

thing has gone on long enough. Your advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks Chuck

You might try dealing direct with BD. Also I believe Central Motive Power is a BD dealer here in Denver. By the way are you coming to the RMTDR meet on Saturday the 18th at ATS?
