So here is how it works for any of you who may want to swap out your push pull switch on a 2003 to 2007 Cummins-Jacobs-Mopar switch for some reason, or if you order the replacement and find it is a headlight rocker switch designed to go in your dash...and you don't want that
The BD #1030900 rocker mounts to your manual shifter stalk, in 99-04+ trucks.
The Cummins headlight switch wiring hooks as follows.
Cummins to BD Switch
Black wire to Black wire
Red wire to Green wire
Yellow wire to White wire
