2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission BD Steering Box & Kore Leveling Kit

I have a BD Steering Box from Geno's Garage on my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel and am almost finished putting on the Kore leveling kit. My problem is with the blocks that go on the sway bar. The blocks are too short to clear the steering box. Has anyone had this problem and how did you deal with it? Please help.
