Turbo down tube

Equivalency?

Love mine, starts to get boost at about 1200 rpms and spools very quickly to over 40psi before gate opens up. As far as I am concerned its my last Turbo (I hope!)

Rick

I don't think you guys are talking about the same turbo. The "special" version just came out. See pg. 127 of issue 50. All I know is that it's bigger than the regular super B

The ad is really vague. It just says that it's better for large injectors and race modules. There is a picture; looks like a super B with a larger inducer(probably larger turbine housing to go with). Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.

I looked on their site and couldn't find it. Wonder how it compares to an SPS66 that everyone is raving about.

I'd doubt it would compare... ... call me bias but it's going to be hard to beat a SPS 66.

I'd give them a call to get some specs, but I think I already know what I'm going to hear "Spools great, blah, blah, blah"

I just got off the phone with them. No specs, no price, BUT,

It's meant for those who want a single instead of twins. He said it's a huge single, able to support 600-700 hp, whatever I want.

Should be available in two weeks.

hmmmm

sounds too big for my application

Did you talk to Christian?

That much I do know, then it should work decently in a 400 HP truck... . depending on rotor weight, and turbine housing size.

I wonder what the size of the compressor shaft is?
