Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) BD Trans parts

My friend has a 2001 2500 4X4 QC LWB auto 3. 54, edge ez, 275's, 4 inch exhaust, Cone type filter. He is looking at BD trans parts to build his trans. Has anyone had experience with the torque converter and other parts that BD sells.

I had BD build me a transmission. I love it LX torque converter billet (now) shafts great trans would recomend it to anyone.

Thanks for the reply. My friend is leaning heavily toward the BD stuff, just haven't heard many people talk about BD trans stuff.

do a search on michaelwright. He had/maybe still has a 3rd gen. Bombed pretty good. Had an ATS - something failed. Bought a BD trans, and loves it. The thread you will look for is something like "blew my motor" ?
