I am a guage guy. Always have been. So when I took delivery of my '03 and there was not a solution for mounting guages on the dash, I opted for the X Monitor. It is differant. It takes a little getting use to. I think I am going to like it... ... ... ... ... .....

My boss has the X-monitor in his D-max and I think it's a pile. It only works when it wants to. And the pyro probe has gone bad now so they tell him. It's only attribute is the fit and finish installed it looks like it could be factory. Personally I would stick with analog; less problems, half the price. Just my . 02.

have had mine on for about 4 months now, no problems and easiest to read and also stores peak temps and boost.
