I can not even imagine just how bad I-95 in Southern Connecticut will be this whole week with the commuter trains down due to the derailment... .

I guess being stuck at the house in Maine is not so bad... ... ... :D

Mike. :)

Yea my next door neighbor works on one of the road crews at night on 95... . I'm sure he'll have some stories to tell me.

My commute was real bad this AM, first the road to the barn was rain slick, spun out with only 1 wheel drive its hard to control the power put to the ground with my GOOD BOOT, Damn lantern ran out of fuel so I here I was on a rain slick road with no lights, something in the neighborhood was around cause the dogs went running after them and then came running back PAST!!!! ME!!! with one of the gang bangers in the HOOD walking toward me. Running was not an option that I have, But WALKING BRISKLEY is. Didn't want a long lengthy court battle so shooting the gang banger was going to be a LAST RESORT you can never tell when GLORIA ALRED is going to defend the gang bangers expecially if it happened to be a BLACK, SHE GANGBANGER BEAR after all Im the one that is in their hood.

Yep!!!!! Life in MY FAST LANE is sometimes a real Bi**h, but ya got to do what ya got to do. Now if I just had a coffee shop around cause I dropped mine with the gang bangers and all. :-laf

I'm always glad I'm not in traffic on I-95 in CT. I do love the small towns of CT though. I like New London, Groton, Gales Ferry, Mystic, Stonington, Norwich, Jewett City, Voluntown, Lisbon, Plainview, and many more. It's a beautiful state with lots of good memories for me.

Yes I love the Mystic area, we boated out of there for 20+ years.

I "boated" out of Subbase Groton in the '60s and '70s. The boat I rode didn't belong to me though as yours belongs to you. My boat could cross the Atlantic and dive deep under the surface and stay submerged for months. Your boat was probably more fun though.

LOL Good one.
