Bed rail compatibility

I have a B&W Lil Rocker 5er Hitch and I want to sell the hitch and keep the rails in my truck. Are other brands of rails compatible with the B&W or will I need to get only B&W rails. any comments appreciated.

I bought my truck used with the same hitch you have. I put my 22t Reese hitch in with the B&W rails and everthing fit perfect. I would say that Reese rails would work. I even bought a set to replace the B&W rails and took them back. I did add some frame brackets to support the larger hitch.
