Bed size differences between 07 and 16 long bed?

My neighbor has a 07 long bed 2500 and is selling his canopy and I've searched around to see if it would be compatible for my 2016 long bed but I haven't found a definitive answer. Anyone with experience in this?

What do you mean by canopy?

The cab profile is a bit different but I believe the rails are the same. The part number for the Bakflip G2 folding tonneau cover I use is the same on my 06 and 18.

Look up his model on the MFG's website and check to see if it's compatible.

Thanks Guys, I know different people call them different things but they are also called caps and toppers. I know the interior measurements of the bed are the same but the shape of the cab is a little different, not sure if it's a enough to make a difference.

I moved my headache rack from my 01 to my 17 and it fit fine on the rails but the cab side is a bit different. ( I know not same as 07-18)More angle to the slope on the 17 probably a good inch plus towards the top but not enough for me to care enough to replace it.
