bedliner interchange

I have a Ruggedliner over the rail in my 2001, a friend of mine has a Mopar under the rail liner in a 2005 and we are thinking about swapping. Does anybody know if these will interchange?

I will say "What is NO" for 500 Alex. :-laf The beds aredifferent in rail width , and I believe the '03 + Impressions in the sides also do not match as well.
