Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) been BOMBing the ole truck..

well it started with a homemade water/meth kit which i had from my turbo mustang, and just had to put it on the truck. i took the pass. side batt. out and put a 3 gal. cell (great for long hauls with just water) at the top were the air box would be. then i mounted the pump down by the horns and ran the line to a oneway check valve then to a NOS dry nozzle with a 73 jet for now. .



then i took the stock fuel system off and put a holley blue pump with two filters one befor and one after, and i droped the tank and made a 1/2 pickup to the filters and pump. . i'll i'm lacking is for the 12mm x 1. 5 to #8 fitting to come then the fuel system is done...



then i started thinking its time for some new gauges. . a 0-60 boost, EGT, and fuel gauge. . all Di Pricol Gauges white faced guages. .



just ready to go have some fun. .

looks like that turbo could have been warm at one point or another!! wonder why? Oo. lol

SField - Where did you get the tank for your water/meth supply? I am needing to get a larger supply for mine. 3 galons is good, 10 is better, 15 is what I may end up with if nothing else comes in under $90.



Where did you relocate your passenger side battery to?



What are you using for the air filter to turbo pipe?

the cell is from JEGS and it is a 4gal. i must of hit the wrong button. . it is 12"wide x 12. 5"deep x 8. 5"tall (part# 547-290-104-01) and it's $106. 99



on the batt i just took it out. . i've seen on some of the big twin guys and they dont run them so i just took it out...



on the air intake pipe i took a 4" 90dreg. bend and just cut angles and welded them till it came out the way i wanted it too. .



i do have a bigger k&n filter coming it's just not here yet. .
