Though I have kept lurking, I have not been an active member for some time. I still have my 2001 but just bought a 2015. I have read hundreds of threads on programmers, tuners, transmissions, dead pedal and everything in between.
My truck: 2015 3500 Mega Cab, Aisin Trans, 4.10 gears

My goal: Not looking for more than about 140lb/ft so I can keep the Aisin under 1k lb/ft. Would be nice if the code was cracked for tuning but...it is not so under 1k I will stay.

Options:
1. I really like the edge CTS2 monitor, I like the looks, I like its options and gauge set up. I had an edge ez on the 2001 for 15 years with no problem ever. Having the CTS2 and edge juice would be fine, I would only probably use level 2 unless Aisin programming became available.
The negatives are, I hear the juice does not help lag or dead pedal issue. It may help with lag some but not like other options. Other negative is you cannot delete.

2. MM3 Monitor, looks ok but I don't like the layout as much as the CTS2. I don't know if it has parameters like the CTS2 either but I don't think so. Definitely has more tuning options but they are not options I need really with keeping my hp/tq so low.
The positive of it is that the truck can be deleted.

3. Use CTS2 monitor and use Stealth Module. Stealth Module give good reliable low power from what I have read, gets rid of the lag well (wouldn't have to spend a few hundred on bd box) and I would have the monitor I wanted.

Other considerations: I am not set on deleting as I am not going to mod this truck like I did with the 2001. I only contemplate deleting because I want the truck to last and don't care for the stories I have heard of how gunk ed up everything was when people did delete. If you have opinions, please share. Its nice the new truck came with all the goodies I spent several thousand putting on the 2001 to make it like a wanted. Glad to see RAM listened to people over the years. Please leave plenty of opinions, personal experience would be great. Again I have read many, many threads but enjoy the wisdom and experience of this forum. I'm glad to be back.

Hi, My younger son has a 2013.5 that use to have DEF, DPF and the EGR system. His truck was a Canadian truck that was imported into the US for resale. No warranty or recalls fixes are available in the US. He started to have issues with the DEF sensor and he would have to pay for the fix a lot of $$ to fix, just to go bad a little later.
So, he ended up buying the FEILive programmer and a CTS2 monitor plus a new exhaust system. He is very happy with the results and you can program in the amount of HP/TQ you want. The program on his truck is very drivable and has raised his fuel mileage a little.

Just another combination for you tp look at.

Well, bought a Edge Juice with attitude. Main reason was because I got a very good deal. I really like the CTS2 monitor but I like some of the features of the MM3. I figure it was a good enough deal to last me a while since I dont plan on deleting for the foreseeable future (this is for the 2015), may change later on. Another part was that I have run an edge comp stacked with a smarty on my 01 since 2003 with zero issues. OK, Smarty came out later but edge has been on since 03.
I'm not looking for big power gains so planning on running on 1X1 or 2X1. I have seen some of the comments say that best mileage was had on 5X? I may run 5X on the highway empty to see how it does. If anyone wants to chime in, please do
