I would like to purchase rear airbags for my 2018 4x4 3500 which has standard suspension and install the ram control is that possible and which kit should I get?

Should of got the factory air suspension. You won't be able to reproduce it without spending big bucks. Don't know if youycould get the dealer to add the sales code, if it can even be added.
Want/need air bags, any aftermarket kit will do. Wireless is a nice way to go for adjusting them. I had airlift brand air bags with stainless hardware and internal bump stops. Also their wireless control.

Like you, I wanted the rear air but ended up with a truck without. I haul 15k off my 14 3500 SRW rear hitch frequently and while I feel that load more than heavier loads with a GN and 5th wheel Ive not felt the need for bags. Unless your really hauling heavy I'd give it a go without and see how it feels. If I were to add bags at this point it would be aftermarket with a compressor with a good duty cycle so that it could be used to air up tires. The factory system is closed loop and not functional for anything other than airing up the bags.

My 2015 3500 4x4 has a set of Firestone aftermarket airbags on the rear. The compressor is installed in the drivers rear seat floor storage compartment. Previous owner had it installed for the same reason, a heavy 5th wheel. They have been trouble free and make a huge difference when towing and help with the ride when empty.
