The non lock-up transmission to engine adapters will not work with the 47RH, there is a fitment issue and it has something to do with the Lock-up No Lock-up converters. I searched in the past and found good info on swapping out the 727 auto for the 47RH. You do need the transmission to engine adapter and the starter for the 47RH also. 1994-95 +/- year models, these can be identified by the color of the elect connector plug on the side of the trans. WHITE is the one you want. The 1996-98 47RE had a Black connector.
