2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Paint Warranty Question

My wife's 99 1500 has a bad belt squeal that I cannot give rid of.

So far have replaced the belt twice, checked all rotating parts for bad bearings, applied belt dressing and straight edged all pulleys for proper alignment. None of this has cured my problem. Is there anyway to test the tensioner and also does anyone have any thoughts on something I might have missed?

Thanks J. E.

Maybe you can check the tensioner pressure with a torque wrench and then ask a DC service manager what it's supposed to be. I'd replace tensioner anyway as that is what keeps it tight.
