Best Aftermarket Turbo

I am thinking of buying a new turbo. What is the best one to get? My truck is an 03 6 speed 4x4 QC with the AFE Stage II intake a Smarty S-06 and a few other minor mods. Is the SPS 66 a good choice or is the 62 better? I've heard some things about the 66 being very laggy, especially on a standard. Let me know what your experiences have been and what you think would be the best choice for my setup. I also want to make sure that it's capable of handling many more mods down the road. Thanks

Turbos Need to be spec to fueling component's an application,For example:Towing 5k plus with 450hp IMO 62/65/12 will suit city driving and its spools and screams nicely, Now hwy driving same setup 62/71/14. No towing City driving 64/65-71/12, Hwy driving 64-66/71/14. Add modded rail and it makes it much easier to row thru the gears.
