Best Brand and Price on Tow Dolly

My father is shopping for a new tow dolly. He wants one with electric brakes and as wide as they make them, which I understand is 80" between the fenders.

I'm sure he would appreciate any input you have on which brand is better and why, and also where can the best price be found here in the upper midwest.

Camping World has a tow dolly with electric brakes and seems to be adjustable for any tow vehicle width. I don't know if it is a good price?
