Best Deal for 2003 in Northern VA?

I'm looking to trade my 99 2500 CTD in for a 2003 HO 6 sp. I had to go up to Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Fredrick to buy my last. Where would you recommend I go to get the best deal in NOVA?

back in Nov. I drove from N of Pittsburgh to Front Royal (Marlow Motors)for mine. No hassel pricing and they actually dropped the price even more after I drove down to pick up my truck
