Best guage/inflator for dual wheels

I'm having frustrating time with the setup I have. Getting to the inner stem is a bi**h! Any suggestions? Am about to drive out to CO with the camper and I want to be sure those rears stay at 80 psi. I'm running 235/85/16 and their a little close, especially when low.

I purchased a pair of high quality valve stem extenders for the inner wheels from Carquest. They were a little pricey but worth it.
